Orders
Orders for our products are placed from Monday to Saturday.
Orders for additional supplies may be placed within three working days before our planned schedule for delivery. The minimum order is 12 cartons.
Shipments
Arrangements are made to transport and deliver your orders efficiently. When we receive confirmation of your orders, we will inform you of the airline arrangements and your bill number for your preparations to take delivery of your orders.
Pricing
The prices of some of products are not quoted on our lists because of seasonal availability. Some of these include the Clown Loach, Neon Tetra, Cardinal Tetra and Mono Sabae. You may, however, contact us to check on the availability and prices of these seasonal species.
Payment
Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer to our bank. The details about our banking facility are found in our price list.
