Preparing our Products
As the transportation and delivery of our products to our global markets is a delicate, complex process, we have developed a safe, efficient system to ensure that our fishes arrive at our destinations in the same healthy, beautiful condition as when we first receive them from our suppliers.
To maintain the highest standard of quality of our products and service to our clients, we make use of a seamless logistics and supply management system which incorporates the following features:
- Quarantining the fishes on arrival to keep them healthy.
- Providing adequate space for the fishes in the storage facilities to maintain their sprightliness.
- Identifying and classifying the species.
- Selecting and grading the fishes according to the size of their bodies, the gracefulness of their fins and the brilliance of their colours.
- Keeping the water fresh and re-oxygenating the bags in which the fishes are packed for shipment.
- Insulating the boxes in which the bags of fishes are packed to maintain the optimum temperature of the water in the bags in which the fishes are packed.
